Packing, Preparing, and Leaving

Hello everyone!

We are in the final stages before we leave. Today we'll be packing up all of our things in my car, shopping for some snacks on the road, and doing any other last minute things. Below is an image of the route we will be taking -- if you click on it, it will take you to Google Maps for a more detailed look. 

The major places that we wanted to hit were:

• Madison Wisconsin (Cathy's grandparents went to college there)
• The Badlands of South Dakota
• Wyoming (We won't be going to Yellowstone, but we're saving that for another trip in the future)
• Colorado (Denver/The Rocky Mountains, specifically)
• Zion National Park in southern Utah
• Las Vegas
• Finally, San Diego, our new home!

We'll also see tons of other things on the way. We're going to be looking at Yelp to help us find good places to eat and stay at night. 

For anyone who wants to save this page for later viewing, simply bookmark it so you'll always have it.

We'll most likely be updating at night when we're in hotels. So check back every morning or late night for the updates!
